She provides basic nursing care for geriatric patients at home. She specializes in personal care, medication, geriatric and Alzheimer patients. Ms. Sowell obtained a L.P.N. from Central Piedmont Community College and received her nursing degree from Carolina Medical College in 1972. She attributes her success to her faith in God and her parents. She grew up as a sickly child and found her calling to be a nurse through the great care that she received from her nurses. In her spare time she enjoys travel and people.
