12 South Capital Partners Launches in Charlotte, North Carolina

12SCP is a private investment partnership designed to purchase and grow one existing privately held small business with revenue of $5 to $50 million. The focus area for this acquisition includes services-related companies in the B2B & industrial verticals located in the Southeastern United States.

The two partners are former US Army officers who met during their Afghanistan deployment with the 101st Airborne Division. Their private sector experience includes such companies as Schlumberger, JPMorgan Chase, and Netflix. Each has a MBA from a top-tier global institution.
