We are aligning the Highstreet sales teams to key verticals (such as Higher Ed, Healthcare, Financial Services, Public-Sector/Government, Associations/Non-Profits) to better align with the company’s clients.

Vertical Practices Lead led by William Cage and Henry Tran
The practice leads will provide strategy and thought leadership for shaping Highstreet product and services in their respective verticals, in addition to working with clients.

Delivery Operations led by Sean McGuire
The centralizing of consulting and professional services delivery teams enhances and creates best practices and tools so the company can continue to improve delivery to clients.

Client Executives led by Frank O’Neil
The CX role enables Highstreet to mature the client engagement model and bring the full value of Highstreet to clients.
