Established in 1957, Allen Tate Realtor began as a real estate and insurance company by recent UNC Chapel Hill graduate, H. Allen Tate Jr. Inspired by his father, H. Allen Tate Jr. built a twenty-year legacy on providing exceptional customer service and a “one- stop shopping” experience for homeowners.

As a realtor and broker for Allen Tate Realtors for over ten years, Paula’s day-to-day responsibilities include crafting a personalized marketing plan for each client, researching property tax records, advertising multiple listings and setting up on-site/ virtual tours. She holds accreditations as a buyer’s representative, luxury home specialist, and home stager.

Prior to her role as a real estate broker, Paula excelled in a thirty-one-year management career in Corporate America.

Throughout the course of her education, Paula earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Winthrop University.
