IntelligenTek Announces Merger with Nevada Public Shell

Moffett Field, CA, October 25, 2007 --(PR.com)-- IntelligenTek Corporation, a leading edge developer of proprietary 3D virtual AI-based audio/visual data analytics technology announced today that they have signed a merger agreement with IntelligenTek Nevada, a public entity. As a NASA Research Partner founded in December, 2004, IntelligenTek Corp. utilized their patented algorithms to develop a suite of successful security software products. They plan to make the most of the opportunities this merger offers and continue to develop a more robust product line for the security sector as well as expand into the consumer market.
