Meet Floyd Chan, This Year’s Winner of the Directions Excellence Award

Floyd has been a prominent figure in the Dynamics community for over two decades and has been Master certified in Dynamics NAV since 1998. His many achievements include being Microsoft’s Lead Dynamics NAV Trainer for North America and Vice Chair, NAV Certification Committee for the Association of Dynamics Professionals.

Floyd has been involved in over 400 Dynamics NAV implementations and is part of the world-wide leadership group on NAV implementation best practices. He leads the technology team at Qixas Group, a top Microsoft Gold ERP partner in North America providing implementation and upgrade services, training and support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM.
