The self storage facility sold September 13, 2017 for $5,800,000. The property spans over 11 acres and provides over 500 units of RV, boat, and other vehicle storage. Eagle Commercial led an international marketing campaign sourcing numerous potential buyers and multiple offers. Ultimately, a buyer seeking a 1031 exchange presented the winning offer.
The sale of this property involved a specialty asset type and a reverse exchange, which required a depth of experience in RV storage properties, resources, and the industry contacts of their team and all parties involved. In the end, Buyer and Seller were both very pleased with the results and are looking forward to new projects.
