Henderson Franklin Welcomes Land Use Expert Jeff Wright

Fort Myers, FL, September 29, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Jeff Wright has joined the firm’s Land Use & Environmental Law division. He will practice out of the firm’s Bonita Springs office and will focus on land use matters in both Collier and Lee Counties.

Wright is Florida Bar Board Certified in City, County & Local Government Law. His expertise includes Florida’s Sunshine Law and Public Records Law, and all matters involving city, county, and local governments, including towns, villages, special districts, and community development districts. Wright represents private property owners, associations, and investors in land use and permitting matters.

Wright is heavily involved in growth management and comprehensive planning issues throughout Florida. He served as committee counsel to the Collier County Rural Lands Stewardship Area Review Committee and as an Assistant (Collier) County Attorney. As a member of the Florida Association of County Attorneys’ Growth Management Committee, Wright provided critical input on growth management legislation, referenda, and reform.

Wright has been recognized for his professional achievements, including receiving the Growth Management Committee Writing Award from the Florida Association of Counties and the Deepwater Horizon Legal Task Force Appreciation Award.
