Overcoming Threats to Space-Based Capabilities at Space Resiliency Summit

Alexandria, VA, September 30, 2017 --(PR.com)-- On November 28-29, thought leaders and key policy-makers across military services, defense agencies, and civilian organizations will convene at DSI’s 4th Space Resiliency Summit. They will be holding two days of off the record, actionable discussions, and debate on technology and innovation needed to defend our nation’s most critical space assets. At the Space Resiliency Summit, participants will explore the latest initiatives from leading space organizations to address this compelling and trenchant topic. The dialogue will focus on this year’s theme of "Overcoming Threats to Space-Based Capabilities."

“Space resiliency has become of vital importance to our national security. With potential adversaries developing advanced space capabilities, military and government organizations are now heavily engaged in generating policies, plans and technology to ensure the resiliency of our nation’s satellite constellations,” states Jacob Caplan, Program Manager at DSI. “We have created a summit that will bring together a variety of stakeholders in order to build out two days of dialogue and debate that tackle many of the areas involved in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of space capabilities for military commands, Intelligence Community members and government agencies.”

To this end, the Space Resiliency Summit will offer 17 sessions with over 20 diverse senior leader speakers including:
