PHA Announces Featured Speakers for Capitol Caucus in Washington, D.C.

Washington, DC, September 30, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Population Health Alliance (PHA) today announced that Jerry Penso, Chief Medical Officer, American Medical Group Association; Matt Salo, Executive Director, National Association of Medicaid Directors; Elizabeth Carter, PhD, MPH, Senior Advisor Health Services Research AARP; James A. Paretti, Jr., Chief of Staff and Senior Counsel to Acting Chair Victoria A. Lipnic, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, will present as featured speakers at the Population Health Alliance Capitol Caucus in Washington, D.C on October 19.

This year’s PHA Capitol Caucus will feature the policymakers and key stakeholders from the health care industry committed to driving innovation in care management, wellness, and prevention for focused briefings on key legislative and regulatory issues. The conference will include panel discussions on the shift to value-based care, Medicaid opportunities 2018-2020, and social determinants of health. The session will close with a panel of “Prevention and Wellness Programs – Innovation Update and Policy Considerations.” All sessions will give attendees a view into the strategic initiatives supported by PHA and our multi-stakeholder membership leading innovation in population health.
