He has had a successful career designing television shows for homebuilders across the country before switching to a career in the mortgage industry three years ago. He believes that his previous career has served as a good introduction to the business, has provided him with many useful contacts, and has helped him make an easy transition into his current position.

Dellapa describes his customer service style as a straightforward approach. He believes in quick response times, being upfront and honest with his customers and confronting any issues or problems head on. Accessibility and communication are his keys to successful relationships with customers. As an avid golfer, he believes that the golf course is a great business tool to develop lasting relationships and friendships with colleagues and customers.

Dellapa says that offers from other companies did not provide him with the “gut feeling” that GSF Mortgage did.
