Cathie brings over 23 years of new home sales, marketing and model merchandising experience to the Carolina Spaces team. She will be responsible for the management of sales and relationships with both new and existing clients.

Most recently, Cathie was responsible for managing sales, marketing, and model merchandising efforts for both builders and developers as a licensed NC and SC Realtor®/Broker at Builder Marketing Group/Rhinehart Realty.
