BaM Office Wins Spaces Indiana Best in Show Award
Bradley and Montgomery receives recognition for culture-centric, innovative office design.
Indianapolis, IN, October 06, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Bradley and Montgomery (BaM) announces news of being awarded Best in Show in the 2017 Spaces Indiana award show hosted by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Spaces Indiana celebrates the most innovative office spaces in Indiana that specifically emphasize company brand and culture. Submissions were received from across the state and judged by a panel of Indiana thought leaders and innovators.
BaM's Indianapolis headquarters was recognized as best in class for mid-size companies (26-100 employees). The thoughtful space design features authentic and raw materials that let the building's rich history become a focal point.
"We designed our space to inspire our team to believe that anything is possible," reflects Mark Bradley. "Even the choice of material was purposeful. We wanted authentic materials which reflect the culture we instill throughout our agency - unpretentious and honest but with a twist."
The space itself was planned to allow BaM to work at the speed of culture. Nimble teams can come together quickly - whether that be in meeting spaces, open gathering spaces or huddled around a computer. A large reclaimed wood bar becomes the centerpiece for weekly happy hours, agency celebrations and lunchtime gatherings. The large auditorium creates a learning space for teams to share the latest on clients, the newest trends and demonstrate the latest tech the team is working on.
"Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with how the space has impacted our teams," Bradley notes. "Employee engagement has increased. New ideas produced on behalf of our clients has skyrocketed and employee morale is through the roof."
