Davidson Realty agents Ethel Henry and Liz Pappaceno recently completed the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
Jacksonville, FL, October 12, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Davidson Realty agents Ethel Henry and Liz Pappaceno have earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, the industry's gold standard in agent certifications. In Florida, agents seeking the GRI are required to complete 105 hours of coursework by the National Association of Realtors.
The coursework focuses on wide-ranging industry topics like real estate law, best business practices, finance, risk reduction, regulatory standards, technology and sales.

According to some sources, only about 10 percent of Realtors have completed the GRI coursework.
