Zanini is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. She is passionate about helping individuals with diabetes enjoy food while improving their blood glucose. In this role Zanini will be working with FiberPasta U.S. to provide consumers essential tips, tools, and recipes to maintain a healthy, high fiber and lower glycemic lifestyle.
