Simpson has extensive experience in environmental law, including litigation and regulatory counseling regarding environmental matters relating to air, water, solid and hazardous waste, pesticides, underground storage tanks and environmental indemnity. Additionally, he has extensive experience in personal injury, toxic tort, commercial and civil rights litigation. Joe has represented Fortune 500 clients concerning compliance in CERCLA/Superfund, RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, FIFRA, TSCA and other matters.
