The company, which is based in Jacksonville, Florida, specializes in advising small to mid-sized companies on the process of adding a global sourcing strategy to their business operations. Mr. Laganella has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, and has specialized for the last four years in global outsourcing. He is a former Global Strategist with Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) which is also headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. He held a key leadership role in building an international staffing practice involving many hundreds of people involved in scores of projects.
