Mariner Graduate Dillon McColgan Joins Henderson Franklin's Litigation Team
Fort Myers, FL, October 14, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Dillon McColgan has joined the firm’s Tort & Insurance Litigation division. He returns to the firm after serving as a Summer Associate in 2016. McColgan focuses his practice in premises liability, automobile, personal injury defense and coverage issues.
While in law school, McColgan served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Ivan Fernandez at the Third District Court of Appeal and was an intern with University of Miami Investor Rights Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to elderly investors harmed by broker misconduct. McColgan worked as an in-house investigator for a national personal injury law firm and participated in University of Miami’s Litigation Skills program to prepare for his litigation career.
McColgan is a Cape Coral native, graduating from Mariner High School in 2009. He is a member of the Lee County Bar Association and Defense Research Institute. McColgan also volunteers his time to help local charities, including the Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida.
