SIA Group Names Employee Benefits Consultant

In this position, Blackwell will be responsible for business development, cost-benefit analysis consulting and implementing benefit schemes. Blackwell attended North Carolina State University and East Carolina University and earned his bachelor’s degree in applied geography with a minor in business administration. He resides in Cape Carteret, N.C. with his wife, Heather, and children, Cameron and Hillary.
