NAREB Las Vegas Hosted First 3-Part Luxury Real Estate Series
The Nevada Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) hosted the first three-part luxury series where hundreds of real estate professionals attended to gain insight on breaking into the luxury real estate market.
Las Vegas, NV, October 25, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Nevada Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) hosted the first three-part luxury series where hundreds of real estate professionals attended to gain insight on breaking into the luxury real estate market. The NAREB Luxury Series kicked off on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at BMW of Las Vegas - 6900 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
The NAREB Luxury Series, sponsored by Amerifirst Financial Inc., Las Vegas Review Journal, Ticor Title Nevada and BMW of Las Vegas, provided valuable insight to hundreds of real estate professionals on effective marketing techniques and expectations of affluent clients.
“There is a growing demand for luxury real estate professionals. It’s a unique market and requires insight into the world of affluent clients,” said Shanta Patton, President of NAREB Las Vegas. “This series provided real estate professionals with the opportunity to network, develop techniques, and receive tips and advice from the best of the best in the Las Vegas luxury market,” Patton added.
The first event was held on September 7th with keynote speaker Kimberly Parker, Vice President of Advertising & Niche Publishing at the Las Vegas Review Journal, followed by design consultant Mica Keller, Lifestyle Design by MK, Dani Bald, owner of Create Luck Realty, Design and Lifestyle, and Senior Loan Officer, Toni Rocco, Amerifirst Financial. The speakers brought a fresh perspective on perception vs reality and brand identity vs brand image in the digital world.
The second and third events in the series were held at Ascaya, a luxury home community in Henderson. The second event on September 14th began with a tribute to the late Florence Shapiro, real estate icon and agent in Las Vegas for over 40 years. Her business partner, Ivan Sher, accepted the award on her behalf. It was followed by a powerhouse luxury agent panel featuring the top luxury real estate professionals, whose combined sales were over $400 million, Ivan Sher of Shapiro & Sher Group/Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties, Randy Char of Char Luxury Real Estate, Deven Chase of Christie’s International and Kristen Silberman Routh of Synergy/Sotheby’s International Realty.
The final event in the series, held September 21st, included a private luxury bus tour to a collection of million dollar homes in Summerlin, McDonald Highlands, and Lake Las Vegas. Real Estate professionals were able to exclusively tour homes priced up to $18 million.
The event was free to NAREB members who represent both REALTORS® and affiliate real estate industry professionals in the Las Vegas area.
