GSF Mortgage Welcomes Team Player in Sunshine State

Sarasota, FL, October 26, 2017 --(PR.com)-- GSF Mortgage Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Tim Ferguson as a loan originator to the New Port Richey, Florida branch. A South Florida native, he has established a network with many contacts throughout Florida; he has experience serving customers in every corner of the state and is excited about being able to extend the GSF brand to customers throughout the Sunshine State.

Ferguson describes himself as a family man; he is married, has five children and enjoys being involved in youth sports. He has been in the business since 1999, “I love real estate. Love buying, selling. Love helping people purchase and manage the largest investment of their lives.”

Ferguson has an extensive background in baseball. He was a minor league player and coach and continues to work as an associate scout for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He believes that his experience as a coach is a tremendous asset to his customers and he utilizes this experience to educate and familiarize his customers with the homebuying process. He describes his customer service philosophy as acting as a “concierge”; he makes himself available outside of regular working hours and he is dedicated to providing his customers with whatever they might need to be informed of their options and comfortable with their decisions. He chose to come to GSF because he believes the team mentality of the company is a perfect fit with his sports background. He says he loves GSF’s product portfolio, and that the company has access to programs that not all lenders can offer. He is particularly excited about being able to use GSF’s proficiency in USDA and FHA construction loans to offer great value to many of Florida’s potential homebuyers.
