Freehold, NJ, February 25, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Alan S. The hour long presentation followed by discussion and question time will emphasize the role and importance that physical activity plays in joint preservation and offer tips on becoming more active and how to exercise with arthritis or joint injuries. Over 60% of American adults are not physically active on a regular basis, and another 25% are not active at all.
