Investors Seeks to Solve the Affordable Housing Issue in Charlotte, NC

Charlotte, NC, November 06, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Derrick J. Moultrie, CEO and Founder of The K.O.G. Acquisitions Group is partnering with several investors in the local market to work toward creating more affordable housing options in the Charlotte Metropolitan area.

The long time debate in the city has been how to solve the affordable housing issue. The Charlotte City Council recently released a report citing that Charlotte, NC is facing a shortage of affordable housing. Data shows in Mecklenburg county alone there are over 2,500 vacant single family houses.

Working alongside other investors and motivated realtors, The K.O.G. Acquisitions Group will look to restore these communities by having these properties restored and filled with new families over the next two to three years.
