Toll Brothers' Durango model in the Parade of Homes was selected by professional judges as having the Best Floor Plan.

Awards were presented at the Parade of Homes Awards Reception held at The Ranch in Loveland.
In making the award presentation, the judges said that Kechter Farm scored the highest in overall design, appeal and usability of its floor plan.
