Former EPA Chief Technology Officer and Presidential Innovation Fellow Greg Godbout Joins TechFlow
Godbout will lead digital transformation and modernization projects for company clients as TechFlow’s Chief Digital Officer.
San Diego, CA, November 08, 2017 --(PR.com)-- TechFlow Incorporated, a highly innovative services and solutions company, today announced that Greg Godbout has joined TechFlow as the company’s Chief Digital Officer. Greg brings strong experience in the challenges the U.S. Government faces as it is modernizing its IT systems and embarking in digital transformation.
Mr. Godbout previously served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and with delegated FITARA responsibility, oversaw the agency’s critical business systems and applications and spearheaded the agency’s cloud adoption. He built a digital services and product management group supporting EPA transformation and White House initiatives and developed an agile acquisition program.
As the Co-Founder and first Executive Director for the General Services Administration (GSA) 18F and as a 2013 Presidential Innovation Fellow, Mr. Godbout has been an evangelist in the government for adoption of digital services, Agile approaches and modular contracting. Achievements included developing new lines of business for the agency, engaging in business development with other agency customers to improve how Federal IT Services are acquired and implemented and the promotion of reusable and open platforms.
Mr. Godbout has been a change agent, helping both the GSA and EPA in strategy, planning and execution of coordinated and comprehensive digital strategies. He has been recognized for his strategic leadership with Federal 100 and Fedscoop 50 awards during his public service.
