The company partners with Naked Sprout Organics Market, located next door to their office, in order to create a more unique,community environment in their office space. Their goal with the partnership is to create a friendly, coffee shop vibe, as well as bringing another aspect of the surrounding community into their office.

The partnership allows more people to benefit through the classes Naked Sprout Organics Market hosts at the Realtopia office space. These classes include a variety of topics including essential oils and nutrition. This partnership is just another thing that sets the company apart, Ashley York said.

Realtopia is also an agent wellness based company.

“We want our agents to be comfortable asking us questions and come to us when they need help,” Kristen Shedor, co-owner of Realtopia said.

The benefits and overall teamwork and family relationship between the agents is evident through their comradery and support of one another.

“We support each other and act like a true family,” Ashley York said, “rather than every agent for themselves even though we are independent contractors.”

Agents are always team building in their office meetings and at outings such as Free Yoga Friday, starting in Dec, or Top Golf outings. Realtopia is always finding ways to be a collective team and to share ideas in a fun space, Breanne Snoreck, buyer’s agent said.
