R3Ewaste Successfully Renews R2 and RIOS Certification

Phoenix, AZ, November 08, 2017 --(PR.com)-- R3Ewaste, an Arizona based Electronics Recycler announces that it has successfully renewed it's R2 and RIOS certification through to Nov 2018 following an independent 2 day surveillance audit early November 2017. R2 (Responsible Recycling) is a set of rigorous voluntary standards applicable to the Electronics Recycling industry which is administered by SERI (Sustainable Electronics Recycling International). These standards are a set of Industry Best Practices that govern and track e-waste handling all the way through to final disposition and includes a zero landfill requirement. The standard also requires all data bearing devices to be sanitized to NIST standards. R3Ewaste successfully passed the audit with zero non-conformancies.
