Fremont College also releases new Military Student GPA Scholarship.
Cerritos, CA, November 15, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Fremont College is pleased to announce its recent approval by the Department of Defense (DoD) to participate in the Federal Tuition Assistance (TA) Program. This approval allows service members who qualify for tuition assistance to utilize their benefits towards tuition costs at one of Fremont College's TA approved online or campus programs.
Fremont College's unique services include admissions mentorship sessions for military students and spouses to help walk them through the enrollment process and choose a program that fits within their career goals. At Fremont College, students can select from the most in-demand career-oriented programs in Healthcare, Technology, Business, Paralegal, and Sports Therapy.
Fremont College offers special benefits to military students, such as a tuition discount up to $10,530 per academic year, as well as a Military GPA Success Scholarship for an additional $10,530 per academic year for military students who maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA during their studies. About Fremont College
Fremont College is a privately owned college that provides educational opportunities for working adults. The college is based in Cerritos, California with virtual online and campus based programs. The college was built upon a teaching methodology that is based on research conducted by Dr. Sabrina Kay during her studies at USC and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. The teaching methodology, referred to as Professional Action Learning (PAL), attempts to teach students using a variety of instructional techniques beyond standard textbooks and exams. PAL is designed to make use of the operating concepts behind the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and action learning methods to determine students’ learning strengths and actively engage students in the learning process. The methodology involves guest speakers, videos, hands-on skills practice, group discussion, questions, dialogue, and student presentations.
Active duty, guard and reserve students, as well as military spouses and veterans, are encouraged to apply and start the admissions process with Fremont College.
