Las Vegas, NV, November 12, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Omar Lopez of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties represented Srinivasa, LLC in a $6.9 million commercial property sale to Veterans Village Las Vegas. “The building, which was previously used for assisted living, has been completely redeveloped to accommodate residents who are unable to fully care for themselves,” said Lopez. “It will provide much needed amenities and services to our local veterans through Veterans Village.”

“It was really a pleasure working with Omar,” said Arnold Stalk, CEO of Veterans Village Las Vegas. “It was not an easy deal to negotiate, as we are a grass roots organization. Our organization how has four locations, with three coming online in the past year alone.”
Stalk said the site will be used as the first privately owned assisted living facility of its kind in the United States.
“With four facilities either operating or in development, we are serving more veterans than ever before at Veterans Village,” said Stalk. “We look forward to continued growth and community partnerships to honor those who have so selflessly honored us.”
