Toll Brothers Colorado Staff Raising Money for Men's Health Issues
Toll Brothers' goal is to surpass the $6,100 that they raised last year.
Denver, CO, November 18, 2017 --(PR.com)-- For the second year in a row, Toll Brothers Colorado is joining the Movember Foundation to change the face of men’s health. During the month of November, participating staff members, and even spouses, can grow a mustache in support of men’s health. Female participants can devise a mustache of their making to compete for prizes and most money raised.
“We chose the Movember Foundation because we like its mission of addressing big health issues that a number of us Toll Brothers’ staff members, as well as family and friends, have faced—prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention,” explains Matt Foran, Toll Brothers senior project manager and event organizer. “Our team’s goal is to surpass the $6,100 that we raised last year. We all have a lot of fun participating, too.”
According to the Movember Foundation, the organization is independent of government funding, so it can challenge the status quo and invest quicker in what works. In 13 years, the Foundation has funded more than 1,200 men’s health projects around the world.
