Keller Williams Allentown Has Surpassed $1,000,000 in Associate Profit Sharing
As part of Keller Williams' historic $1 billion profit sharing mark met this week, KWA has reached its own one million dollars in profit sharing with its associates.
Allentown, PA, November 23, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Keller Williams Real Estate of Allentown has distributed more than $1 million in profit share to associates who have helped the company grow since the brokerage opened in 2004.
KW Allentown has added 168 agents since January 1, 2015. In 2017, KW Allentown agents have been involved in over 800 real estate sales. They are on track to meet the company goal of 1,000 closed units in 2017. Through the first 10 months of 2017, KW Allentown’s closed sale volume is $164,523,521, which exceeds the $163,816,297 in volume for all of 2016.
“Keller Williams treats agents like partners, not employees or tenants. Our company shares about half of our profits each month with the agents who helped grow the brokerage,” said Tai DeSa, the Team Leader and Broker of Record for KW Allentown. “If an agent has been with us for three consecutive years, they can receive profit share for the rest of their life and two generations afterward. This is revolutionary in our industry, as almost every other brokerage does not share any profit with their agents.”
As of October 31, 98 percent of United States and Canada-based Keller Williams market centers are profitable. Keller Williams, the world's largest real estate franchise by associate count, has distributed more than $1 billion in profit share since 1997.
Through the profit share program, individual Keller Williams market center owners share close to 50 percent of their office's monthly profits with associates who have contributed to growth.
Leveraging industry-leading training and coaching on real estate business best practices, KW Allentown profits were up 11.7 percent at the end of October.
