She oversees all operations and is responsible for organizing activities including fishing. She offers fully equipped, handicapped accessible activities. Ms. Newberry oversees the building maintenance and operation of various specially developed handicapped accessible boats for injured military and disabled individuals who want to get on the water. She liaises with numerous captains who volunteer to run the boats. She also collaborates with local businesses regarding donations of marine supplies and services.

Born on October 7, 1967 in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, Karen Sue attended college. In her spare time she enjoys yachting and being on the water.
