CDJ & Associates Expands Political Arm of Business by Landing PR and Media Consulting Contract with Michigan State Senate Candidate, Adam Hollier

"I’m running because the current system does not work for all people. If we don’t transform our policies, hard-working people will continue to make less than a living wage," said Hollier, who is married and expecting his first child this winter. “Public education will remain under-performing and underfunded. Our communities need to be in position to offer our children opportunities to live an even better life than we have.”

Hollier who also has a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from University of Michigan shares, “I always wanted to be a builder, starting with Legos to now buying an old home near my childhood neighborhood and renovating it. I continue to have a builder’s heart and I am always brainstorming about how can I help build a better tomorrow. 'It’s a part of my DNA.' My dad was a Detroit Fire Captain and my mom was a social worker. Their untiring examples of selfless service still resonates with me today,” continues Hollier who additionally serves as a part of the United States Army Reserve 414th Civil Affairs BN and as a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

The campaign kick-off event will continue the theme of “giving back” by serving as a conduit to aid the local community. All guests of the kick-off are asked to bring new hats, gloves or scarves in child or adult sizes to be given to those in need.

The 2nd District includes northeast Detroit, Grosse Pointe City, Grosse Pointe Farms, Grosse Pointe Park, Grosse Pointe Shores, Grosse Pointe Woods, Hamtramck, Harper Woods, and Highland Park.
