Deakin and Blue Extend Swimwear Size Range to Include UK Sizes 18-24
London, United Kingdom, December 09, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Women’s swimwear brand Deakin and Blue is delighted to announce that they are extending the size ranges offered up to UK size 24. The brand launched with UK sizes 8-16 in June 2017 and is extending up to UK 24 to offer even more women the opportunity to swim in style.
Founder Rosie Cook said: "We have had a fantastic reception to our first swimwear collection and, in response to demand, we are absolutely delighted to be extending our size range just six months in. More than 500,000 women have given up swimming in the last decade because of body image concerns. We are on a mission to change that and to help women, of all shapes, sizes and ages, feel their very best in a swimsuit."
Deakin and Blue’s first collection combines intelligent design and ultra-soft performance fabrics to offer a range of one and two pieces designed for female body shape, comfort and confidence. All swimwear is shoppable by both dress and bust size.
Rosie added: "We have been working closely with regular swimmers who wear dress sizes 18 and above to perfect our product offering in this new size range, as we want to ensure we are offering the right solution. We have chosen to extend our size range on one swimsuit initially and then, following feedback, to continue the size extension across our collection."
