MHRA Update: Regulatory Considerations for the Registration of New Antibacterial Agents
MHRA to provide news updates on regulatory considerations at 20th annual “Superbugs” summit.
London, United Kingdom, December 15, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Taking place in London on 19th and 20th March 2018, the theme for SMi’s 20th annual conference on Superbugs and Superdrugs is to tackle the scientific, regulatory and economic challenges to combat AMR.

Dr. Powell is a member of the EMA’s Infectious Disease Working Party and was its chair for 6 years. She has been closely involved in all guideline development for anti-infective agents for 20 years and is currently the chair of the EMA’s Vaccine Working Party.
Her unique experience will provide attendees with critical updates on recent policies and planned revisions to EMA guidance. Presentation highlights will include talks surrounding antibacterial agents with the potential to address an unmet need; options for clinical development programmes; and the importance of the pharmacokinetic - pharmacodynamic relationship.
