Lewis Street Partners Select AuctorVerno as Green Building Consultant
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the redevelopment of the once popular University Club at 30 Lewis Street will set a new standard for Hartford. The building is part of the rebirth of Lewis Street and will be one of the first existing buildings in the downtown area to be rehabbed green.
Bloomfield, CT, March 02, 2006 --(PR.com)-- AuctorVerno, LLC has been selected by Lewis Street Partners to be the green building consultant for their redevelopment project at 30 Lewis Street. This four story building, situated in the historic downtown district will set a new standard in redevelopment projects in the Hartford market.
Adam Cloud partner of Lewis Street stated, “We are very pleased to have AuctorVerno and Adam Ney helping us with this project. His knowledge and creative ideas have truly inspired us and we are more excited every time we are introduced to a new concept.

The building was built in 1920 and was known as the University Club of Hartford. It was a gentlemen’s club equipped with bar, meeting rooms, eating areas and overnight guest rooms.
