Euveka’s Connected Mannequins Conquer the US Market
Paris, France, December 16, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Euveka presents its revolutionary connected mannequin designed with the express purpose of modernizing the famous static bust of couture fashion designers' studios. Founded in 2011 by Audrey-Laure Bergenthal, this innovative mannequin instantly adapts to a nearly endless array of body morphologies through a first-of-its-kinds mechanized body form integrated with Euveka’s proprietary design software. Euveka is determined to revolutionize the textile industry with its invention and is already the buzz of the couture houses in Paris, winning awards even before hitting the market.
An Evolutive And Connected Mannequin At Infinity
The result of six years of research and technological development, Euveka's female connected mannequin is a technological innovation designed to adapt as closely as possible to the curves and contours of the human body, according to age or morphotypes. Driven by Euveka’s proprietary design software, it can evolve integrally or by zone, in height or width, according to a scale for a given garment.
Its technological specifications recreates 80% of the current morphologies of Caucasian and Asian women from 1m55 to 1m80 from size 36 to 46 and body types from 17 to 77 years old. The Euveka mannequin targets professionals in fashion industry from haute couture to mass market, sports, health and also security or cinema.
A Breakthrough Innovation For The Textile Industry 4.0
The diktat of thinness denunciation, clothing customization, tech and ethical fashion development: textile industries are facing strategic changes.
Euveka answers to these new needs by revolutionizing the prototyping phase: its connected mannequin makes it possible to produce clothing at each customer size or each target market. Besides the custom-made solutions, Euveka's innovation facilitates manufacturing processes by saving time and dividing prototyping costs by two. Finally, it has a real environmental impact by reducing textile waste.
Euveka brings thus a new vision of the textile economy and places the consumer at the center of the design by relying on quality and production ethics.
With global ambitions already
After its first round of 1.1 million euros in 2015 and its second round of 2.4 million in 2017 to finance its development, Euveka launches its first version of evolutive and connected mannequin. Being selected among the eight companies in the French-American Creative Lab program designed to introduce young French businesses to the US market, the French start-up already commands widespread attention from the US market. Early November, Euveka participated in workshops in New York and Los Angeles and met professionals from its sector. Awarded with a Honoree Award in 2017, Euveka signals its international ambitions and announces its presence at the CES in January 2018 in Las Vegas.
