Guaranteed Prizes Offered During January Tournaments at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino’s Poker Room

Dover, DE, December 17, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Three no-limit Texas Hold’em tournaments, including one with a $25,000-guaranteed prize pool, will be featured during the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino Poker Room’s next Tournament Weekend from Jan. 26-28.

The Getaway Weekend tournament schedule includes:

Friday, Jan. 26, 11:15 a.m.: $10,000 guaranteed, $125 buy-in, 25-minute blinds
Saturday, Jan. 27, 11:15 a.m.: $25,000 guaranteed, $200 buy-in, 30-minute blinds
Sunday, Jan. 28, 11:15 a.m.: $5,000 guaranteed, $65 buy-in, 20-minute blinds

In addition, there will be two satellite events for the Saturday, Jan. 27 $25,000-guaranteed tournament, where one player out of every 10 entries will earn a seat into the event. The satellite schedule is:

Wednesday, Jan. 24, 7:15 p.m.: $30 buy-in, 12-minute blinds
Thursday, Jan. 25, 7:15 p.m.: $30 buy-in, 12-minute blinds

Also, all players who are dealt in the first hand of the Jan. 24 and Jan. 25 satellites and Jan. 26-28 tournaments will receive a bonus of 500 in tournament chips. Players that register for the tournaments more than one hour prior to the scheduled start receive a bonus 1,000 in tournament chips with their starting stack. Tournament participants also receive 12 Capital Club points and $3 in comp for participating in each tournament from Jan. 26-28.
