CTS Systems' Partnership with Dezika Takes on Global Reach with Meetings and Groups Industry

CTS Systems, one of the global leaders in hotel commission payment, reconciliation and recovery services is delighted to announce major customer acquisitions for the Meeting, Events and Group product line, in conjunction with its partnership with Dezika, a Chicago-based meetings and events business services company.

Atlanta, GA, December 16, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The Dezika commission-clearing product was launched early in 2017, making it the first of its kind in the industry. Dezika was developed with active engagement from highly experienced meeting professionals from both the intermediary and supplier channels of the market. The system was designed to allow the commission process to be more transparent and eliminate excess resources in the administration. The result is a tool that can be used to reconcile and eliminate disputes, allowing real value to be gained from a comprehensive automated system that brings transparency, faster payments and easy billing reconciliation.

Over the past few months, the teams from Dezika and CTS Systems have brought on board a major U.S.-based corporate customer for its meetings and events commission collection and reconciliation program. One client alone in the United States will have over 700 events each year, all of which will be reported, collected and will provide a wealth of transparent management information. In addition, Dezika has recently sourced a pilot project with a major European hotel chain to launch their commission clearing house solution. Dezika utilizes the CTS Systems software to provide a one-stop payment solution for hotel groups, which allows the hotels to wire one payment for all of their MICE and group clients. Dezika distributes the commission to the meeting buyers and provides state of the art reporting that shows true transparency in the process.

This will be coupled with another industry first, “Quick Pay,” a low-cost service to hotels that CTS Systems will launch in 2018. The Quick Pay product allows the hotels to pay all the CTS Member agencies with one wire. Another first in the industry is when the hotels elect to take both the Dezika and Quick Pay solutions for transient commissions. CTS is then able to provide a one-stop shop in terms of payment and reporting, saving even more resources to the hotels and suppliers.
