QSR Management Group and Tropical Tango Announce Merger to Form DYNE Hospitality Group
New company consists of 41 Tropical Smoothie Cafes in five states with plans for more.
Jacksonville, FL, December 20, 2017 --(PR.com)-- QSR Management Group of Jacksonville, FL and Tropical Tango of Little Rock, AR have announced the merger of the two companies to form the DYNE Hospitality Group.
Through this new partnership, DYNE Hospitality Group will consist of 41 cafes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. DYNE will now have an employee group of more than 700 individuals spread across those five states.
“Over the past few years, Nick and I have discussed partnering together to form a first-class restaurant company,” said DYNE Hospitality co-CEO Glen Johnson. “Our future growth plans include owning 100 Tropical Smoothie Cafes in just a few short years.”
Glen Johnson will be co-CEO and primarily responsible for finance and administration, area developer of territories and real estate. Nick Crouch will be co-CEO and primarily responsible for operations and marketing. DYNE Hospitality Group will be headquartered in Little Rock and will have a satellite office in Jacksonville.
