OnBoard Security Receives Funding and Completes Planned Separation from Security Innovation
OnBoard Security, a leader in IoT security, announced a major commitment from a private investor as part of their first round financing. It represents a significant portion of the company’s overall funding target, the balance of which is expected to close at the end of January. The investment will be used to increase engineering staff, add features to the Aerolink V2V security software, and develop new trusted computing products to complement its industry-leading TrustSentinel TSS 2.0 product.
Wilmington, MA, January 08, 2018 --(PR.com)-- OnBoard Security, a leader in IoT security, announced a major commitment from a private investor as part of their first round financing. This investment has made it possible for OnBoard Security to complete the previously announced spin-off from Security Innovation. It also represents a significant portion of the company’s overall funding target, the balance of which is expected to close at the end of January. The current Security Innovation investors will continue to hold shares in OnBoard Security.
The investment will be used to increase engineering staff, add features to the award-winning Aerolink® V2V security software, and develop new trusted computing products to complement its industry-leading TrustSentinel TSS 2.0 product.
