ComPress SA on Its Way to New Connect
ComPress SA Public Relations Agency started preparation for entering the New Connect market. The Company signed a cooperation agreement with Ruciński & Partners Auditors and Investment Advisers. The Authorized Adviser will provide support and assistance when placing ComPress SA shares on the stock-exchange market.
Warsaw, Poland, February 28, 2008 --(PR.com)-- ComPress Public Relations Agency is the first company belonging to the Polish Public Relations Consultancies Association, which decided to go public. Currently, the process of preparing an information document presenting detailed facts concerning the Company, its development potential, and planned investments, is underway.
At the first stage of the investment process, ComPress SA is going to place the existing Company’s shares on the New Connect market. At the second stage, the Company will make a new issue of shares, which will allow gaining the capital necessary for implementation of the investment strategy. The strategy foresees an increase in revenues and expansion of structures in the area of organization of special events, Internet PR and Investor Relations. A part of investments will be earmarked for building a professional IT environment, which will increase efficiency of customer service and reduce operating expenses. ComPress also plans investments connected with expansion of training and consulting services.

ComPress generates revenues on the basis of long-term contracts covering a regular service in the area of Public Relations. At present, the Company has over 20 permanent and long-term contracts entered into with Polish and international companies. Additional revenue of the Agency comes from short-term consulting projects in the area of sports marketing, television productions, investor relations, as well as public and image campaigns. The first pillar of the Agency consists of training courses, including media training.
The structure of the Company is based on 5 departments dedicated to specific market sectors: ITC, finance, FMCG, pharmacy and power industry. Additionally, competence groups, which allow implementing projects in the areas such as Investor Relations, Customer Social Responsibility, sports marketing and sponsoring, internal communication and communication strategy, have been created in the Company. The Company also has a department responsible for consulting and training, which provides services in the scope of media training, communication strategy development, and consulting services. During the last year, the team of ComPress SA strengthened the Business Development Department responsible for gaining new customers. As a result, the portfolio of clients was broadened to include UPC, Husqvarna, Infoveriti, Epson and Livingston.
