Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services Names Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Raleigh, NC, February 26, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Debbie Houston, president of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services (www.hpwnewhomes.com), has announced that Allison Moriarty has been named vice president of sales and marketing for the firm. In this position, she will work with developers, builders and on-site agents to provide sales and marketing services for more than 50 new home communities. She began her career in the real estate industry after earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Moriarty entered the mortgage business as a loan processor before being promoted to a loan officer. In 1997 she entered new homes sales, working on-site for a national builder for several years before being promoted to sales management. She joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Builder Services in April of 2007 as senior sales manager. Moriarty is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), New Home Marketing Group of America, Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors (RRAR), Homebuilders Association (HBA) and Triangle Sales and Marketing Council (TSMC).
