Lakeview Health at The Woodlands to Host Grand Opening at Their New Treatment Facility
Nationally Recognized Addiction Treatment and Recovery center to open in an underserved area.
The Woodlands, TX, January 06, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Lakeview Health, a leader in the treatment of substance use disorders, will soon be opening the doors of their new treatment center in The Woodlands, TX, just north of Houston. The center, located at 2610 Technology Forest Blvd. in The Woodlands, TX, will host a grand opening celebration on Thursday, Jan. 18 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. A dedication and ribbon cutting will take place at 6 p.m.
“We are excited to open our doors in Montgomery County and to start offering an option for those in need of intensive treatment for substance use disorders,” said Roy M. Lakeview Health’s new 10,727 square foot Texas facility will be staffed by some of the most highly regarded clinicians in the field of addiction treatment and will be led by Executive Director Greg Drummond. The center will offer partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, with day and evening treatment options available. The center will be open seven days a week and will provide meals in their onsite dining room. In addition, they will provide transportation from sober living facilities in the area. Lakeview Health at The Woodlands is the organization’s first Texas facility. The company’s primary facility is in Jacksonville, FL. The Riverside Company, which acquired Lakeview Health in 2016, decided to expand the company’s high level of care to additional markets. They identified Houston for their first expansion facility because it is one of the fastest growing populations in the U.S. The suburbs around Houston, such as Conroe, just a few miles north of Lakeview Health’s new The Woodlands facility, grew 7.8% between 2015 and 2016.
Serpa said he is excited to partner with the Houston community and to help individuals change their life’s direction to a life of recovery.
