Photographer Mike Masin Exhibiting in Cape Coral Art League's "Art Thru the Lens" Show
Three of Mike Masin’s photographs will be be exhibited and judged with other photographer’s art in Cape Coral Art League’s "Art Thru the Lens" gallery show. Art Thru the Lens is open to all Cape Coral Art League Members and Non-Members. Masin will be at the show Reception on Thursday, January 11 from 5pm to 7pm. The Reception is free, and open to the public.
Cape Coral, FL, January 10, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Three of Mike Masin’s photographs will be be exhibited and judged with other photographer’s art in Cape Coral Art League’s "Art Thru the Lens" gallery show.
Art Thru the Lens is open to all Cape Coral Art League Members and Non-Members. Masin will be at the show Reception on Thursday, January 11 from 5pm to 7pm. The Reception is free, and open to the public.
Masin, a self-trained photographer, learned his craft in the 70s shooting night scenes on the streets of NYC. He still works outdoors focusing on wildlife, nature, and cityscapes. Asked to summarize his art he said, “Light and shadow are my language. Moments in time are my grammar. Bound together they are my stories.”
The three photographs entered for judging are: Resolution; taken under Blind Pass Bridge, Mommy!; a Great Blue Heron and newly hatched chicks, and Three Men, Two Pelicans, and a Pier; taken at the Fort Myers Beach pier.
