Blast Radius Woodsball Podcast to Provide On-Location Coverage of Australian Scenario Paintball Game
"Operation Invasion" reports to be backed by RECON, The Magazine of Woods Paintball
Boulder, CO, February 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Blast Radius Woodsball Podcast, a paintball-themed webcast, today announced that it has received support from RECON Magazine for reporting on an upcoming paintball scenario game in Australia. Podcast producer Wayne Montle will step out of the show's U.S. studio and onto the Australian paintball field in April in order to bring the scenario adventure to listeners all over the world. RECON, The Magazine of Woods Paintball, has signed on as the primary print sponsor for Montle's multimedia coverage of the game.
"This paintball game, Operation Invasion, is widely accepted as Australia's most exciting and best produced scenario game," said Montle. "Getting the chance to take the field and report on it to the rest of the world is very exciting. I knew I could count on RECON to help me spread the word about this adventure!"
"We're all big fans of Wayne's show here at RECON, and we basically think it's the coolest thing in the world that he's traveling to Australia to play paintball and bring coverage back to everyone here in the States," said Dawn Allcot, RECON's Editor-in-Chief. "At RECON, we're always looking for unique angles in woods paintball. I know our readers will love reading about Wayne's adventures in upcoming issues."
Scenario paintball games in Australia are growing in popularity, drawing crowds from various regions of the country. Operation Invasion III event dates are 11-13 April 2008. Attractions this year include troop transport to and from the field via helicopter and a training seminar at the field.
