Wise-Sync Adds Another Integration for Wise-Pay and QuoteWerks
Melbourne, Australia, January 13, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Wise-Sync, developer of leading accounting integration with ConnectWise, announced a new integration for its payment automation system, Wise-Pay. The new integration with QuoteWerks, a specialized software used for creating sales quotes and proposals, was launched last month and marks its third quoting platform integration for Wise-Pay. Other integrations include ConnectWise Sell (formerly Quosal) and iSell eCommerce.
Wise-Pay, an add-on for Wise-Sync, provides partners with enhanced payment options directly within ConnectWise or via a secure online portal, allowing businesses and its registered payers access to view outstanding invoices and make payments using credit cards or bank accounts.
New features of the integration include:
Pre-Payment Transactions: Wise-Pay automatically creates pre-payment transactions in your accounting system, allowing users to accept down payments or upfront payments as part of the QuoteWerks quote acceptance process.
Receipt of Payment: Wise-Pay will create the pre-payment receipt for the customer – creating zero touch reconciliation, and improving visibility of payment information in the accounting system.

The QuoteWerks integration is available to all partners, and will allow acceptance of pre-payments via QuoteWerks Quote Valet. One benefit is that payment information from the quote being paid is then updated in both, Wise-Pay and the partners’ Cloud Accounting platform, solving any reconciliation challenges when trying to match payments in the accounting system.
