Paradigm Creates Staff Development Programme for IT Skills
Cardiff, United Kingdom, February 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Paradigm Services is undertaking a staff development programme to increase the knowledge and advanced use of Microsoft Project for employees.
Nationwide company, Paradigm, have employed t2 business solutions to create a bespoke programme, aimed at the advanced knowledge of planning, building and managing project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Project Professional.
The course, which was created around a specific version of the software for Paradigm, will take place over six days and is aimed to bring 24 staff up to a highly developed level.
Dean Jones, Technical Support Manager at Paradigm Services said: “This course will increase the understanding of MS Project Professional to our employees. Catered around Paradigm’s needs and the specific software that we use, the course includes everything from scheduling project tasks to assigning resources to it and calculating budgets.”
Set to take place in March, the training will be held in t2 business solutions on-site IT training suite in Cardiff. The three two-day work shops will include modules such as establishing task constraints and deadlines, creating task dependencies, and working with multiple projects and workgroups.
“Paradigm is a growing company and we needed to ensure that all of the staff were developing with it. Therefore, it was important to create a programme that would do this by creating modules relevant to everyday tasks at the organisation. t2 have successfully created this programme for us and we look forward to running it with the staff.” added Mr. Jones.
