Welsh Training Company Increases Communication with Candidates
Cardiff, United Kingdom, February 29, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Welsh training company, t2 business solutions, is launching a new newsletter in a bid to increase the communication between Modern Apprenticeship candidates and the company.
Currently supplying Modern Apprenticeships to over 700 candidates throughout South Wales, t2 aims to keep them involved in the company by creating a quarterly newsletter.
Achievers Edge, the magazine-style newsletter, will launch next month and will be available to anyone undertaking a Modern Apprenticeship with t2. It will include profiles, case studies and an achievers corner, to reward an achiever of the quarter.
Through communication and feedback from t2’s candidates, it was discovered that there are certain facts and information that they would like to receive on a quarterly basis. Therefore, the newsletter will also contain competitions, facts and a problem page, which will be ideal for candidates to read during coffee or lunch breaks.
Rob Marr, Managing Director of t2 business solutions said: “This newsletter will give candidates the opportunity to interact to t2 on another level. We don’t want the newsletter to be all about their learning, but something fun for them to read and do when they take a break.
“The problem page will answer commonly asked questions regarding the Modern Apprenticeship, and the case studies and profiles will give some extra tips on completing the courses. It is important that a training company such as ourselves communicates well with our candidates, and we are looking forward to the launch of Achievers Edge next month.”
