BOLDplanning Inc. Announces Hiring of Carlin J. Alford as Director, Customer Success & Strategy

Nashville, TN, January 17, 2018 --(PR.com)-- BOLDplanning Inc., the pacesetter in online solutions for Emergency Operations Planning (EOP) and Continuity of Operations/Government Planning (COOP/GOG) and Hazard Mitigation Planning (HMP), announced today the addition of Carlin J. Alford to its growing, Nashville, TN-based team as Director, Customer Success & Strategy.

Alford brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to BOLDplanning, particularly in the areas of technology and customer relationship management. Throughout his professional career, he has held a variety of key positions with industry pioneers in the areas of telecommunications and emergency notification. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development for Plow Group LLC, which provides strategic planning, systems design, complex technology program management, commissioning, and technology integration.
